Warranty
We offer 14-Day Warranty on all AirPods, screens, parts and labor. If you experience defects in your device after a repair, please visit your nearest Level 10 Repairs right away for warranty diagnostics. We will be happy to diagnose and replace any defective parts that were used during the original repair. Please keep in mind that the warranty does not cover physical damage (i.e. water damage, broken screens) done to the device after the initial repair. We offer 30 Day Warranty for all sold DEVICES (damaged item VOIDS warranty).
